Central Ohio African American Chamber of Commerce

The Central Ohio African American Chamber of Commerce (COAACC) opened for membership on January 18, 2018 with the vision of being the premiere advocate for Black Owned businesses in our region. COAACC is a one-stop shop that develops, advocates, and educates on issues impacting the inclusion and growth of Black owned businesses in Central Ohio. We provide business development opportunities, access to capital, entry into new markets, and relationship building through strategic partnership and collaborative opportunities. We work to position our members, and all Black Owned businesses, as desirable, qualified, and capable business candidates.

COAACC represents any business that is 51% or more owned and controlled by an African American operating in or doing business in the Central Ohio Region. We proudly serve and advocate for Black Businesses of any size or age in the following counties: Franklin, Delaware, Fairfield, Hocking, Licking, Madison, Perry, Pickaway, and Union.

COAACC was started to fill a void in the market for culturally specific development and advocacy on behalf of our business owners. We believe that together, our community has the tools necessary to empower each other and to grow. Interested in partnering with COAACC on workshops, networking, or legislative initiatives?
